We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below:

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 3 days after approval.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be free of perfume, deodorant, stains, makeup, or odors

  • Be in original packaging

Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method
Approved returns may be issued as a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Items showing signs of wear will not be refunded.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
