Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our selected carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or high order volumes.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after order placement

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require payment of a reshipping fee.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check your mailbox or safe location

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

We are not responsible for packages lost due to theft after delivery.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Incorrect address information

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and be available to receive the package.


Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

We do not issue refunds for orders returned to sender.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of damaged item

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment if applicable.
